BROKER BRUNCH & LEARN

Monthly, our brokers host a brunch where agents can gather and catch up with one another, They learn about current events in the brokerage, get market updates, hear from guest speakers, and more. This informative session is meant to keep our agents informed at all times and connected as a family.

BOOT CAMP

Take your business from okay to great! This is a high impact, 6-week program where agents set goals and take action. Our Designated Broker, Cathy Swann makes sure agents are held accountable for showing up and following through. The class builds "muscles" by setting agents up for a strong finish to the year. Cathy promises that there will be no running and no burpees. But there will be fun!

PROFESSIONAL LAUNCH

This is an expansive program that pairs newly licensed agents with experienced mentors. New licensees learn the transaction process and get any questions answered by the mentors. The goal of Professional Launch is to give new agents confidence and build their clientele.

Developed by industry legend Brian Buffini, The Pathway to Mastery is the most comprehensive, in-depth training program ever created for the real estate industry.  The Essentials course puts your business foundations in place. The Advanced course takes you to the Black belt level, where you become a person of influence in your community, and the Legacy course raises the bar to the master level, building a business and life of true significance.

CE TRAINING

The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education every two years for Sales Associate license renewal and 30 hours for Brokers license renewal. We make meeting this legal requirement simple.
