Her services include pre-inspection, staging, market analysis, individualized communication, and innovative marketing techniques in a variety of price ranges, from condos to custom homes. She is certified as a Relocation Specialist and as a Short Sale listing agent, continually staying up-to-date on the latest program changes and options available. For Buyers, she undertakes a tailored search until she finds the perfect property for you, and then negotiates the best possible deal. Stephanie knows how to write, negotiate and successfully close traditional, short sale, and foreclosure properties for Buyers. And remember, having a Buyer’s agent represent you does not cost you anything – the Seller (or the bank) pays these fees. Why wouldn’t you want an experienced agent to represent you? Stick with Steph to guide you through the process! Stephanie has a created a detailed escrow timing checklist that she provides to buyer clients when their contract has been accepted. This explains the escrow process and contract deadlines, and answers many questions buyers have during a transaction. For Buyers and Sellers she negotiates on your behalf, is effectively able to resolve conflicts, and has honed her skills as a Certified Negotiation Expert designee, which is real estate-specific. Prior to pursuing a career in Real Estate, she held various marketing, sales, contracts and management positions for over 20 years, most recently as a Supply Chain director, and she is Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Her focus on customers is the common thread woven throughout her career, including Real Estate, where she combines caring, a high energy level, business skills, and a systematic approach to assist clients across the Valley realize their Real Estate goals and dreams. Stephanie earned a BS in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Missouri and a MBA from Arizona State University. In addition to memberships in the National, Arizona, and Southeast Valley Regional Associations of REALTORs, she is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE); an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR); a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert); and a NAR-certified GREEN agent, providing information and resources to buy, sell or upgrade a home for energy efficiency and sustainability. On a personal note, she is married to a veterinarian and loves to run, travel, read, hike, photograph nature, taste wine, exercise with her dogs, eat great food, support health-related charities, volunteer, and, occasionally, golf.
