Sandra joined the UBG team in 2010. Since her introduction to the real estate profession in 2007, she has merged conscientious service, hard work, and excellent people skills and brings extensive experience in office, medical, retail, industrial and investment properties. Sandra is a skilled negotiator, persistent and known for her meticulous attention to detail and fully informing her clients through every step of the transaction. Sandra’s primary goal is to bring value in helping business owners reach their real estate objectives and develop ongoing partnerships. Sandra’s reputation throughout the business and brokerage community is known for integrity and respect.
In her free time, Sandra enjoys being a Baseball Mom and Traveling.

Previous Professional Experience:

Sandra has owned and operated various small businesses since moving to Arizona in 1982. She expanded her expertise into marketing and business development for small business owners in the valley – ultimately helping these business owners reduce their operational costs and increase their profit. Her understanding and knowledge of the needs of her business clients have ultimately led her pathway to help them, and many more owners and investors along the way, with their commercial real estate, needs today!
