I became licensed as a real estate agent in 2005. I worked with buyers and sellers until 2010 when I came to UBG and took their Transaction Management position- starting with 3 agents. I now work with 35 agents. I love helping agents manage their transactions and still work with buyers and sellers occasionally from referral.

ESCROW SERVICES

•Open file in Paperless within proper time frame
• Input all paperwork into Paperless throughout transaction
• All necessary paperwork to Title-obtain EMR
• Send contract to Lender, obtain Prequal/ LSU, and Client signature
• Obtain SPDS/Lead-Based Paint Disc/CLUE, and Client signature
• Schedule Home and Termite Inspections (per agent instruction)
• Track Appraisal with Lender
• Commission Authorization to Title
• Follow up w/Lender regarding approval and docs
• Verify Prelim Receipt & CC&R’s
• Confirm agent receipt of Settlement Statement
• Order Sign down
• Updates to Agent of upcoming deadlines, paperwork due
• Order Home Warranty


LISTING SERVICES

• Enter listing into MLS (with 24-48 hr. notice) and Order sign up
• Turn in file to Paperless within proper time frame
• Change and maintain listing in MLS per agent instruction
• Escrow services upon contract acceptance

BUYER’S SIDE $350
DUAL AGENCY $600
($100 discount if you sell your own listing)
(Reg. fee of $700-$100 discount = $600)

NEW HOME CONTRACTS $300
Fees Due at COE: Fees are added to the Commission Authorization (After 2 cancellations with listing or same buyer an extra $100 fee added on 3rd).
